Participants can enjoy themselves in a fun and friendly environment while learning basketball skills and making new friends! \n  \nProgram Details \n\nAges: 5 – 12 year olds\nWhen: 4:15pm – 5:00pm\, Friday afternoons\nDuration: 8 weekly sessions of 45 mins\nCost: $80 per participant\nIncludes: Training & Coaching. DESCRIPTION:  \nWalking Basketball is aimed at people who: \n\nmay have a disability\nare returning from injury\nare in community health groups looking for a gentle rehab\nbelong to over 50 groups looking for indoor activities and gentle exercise\nare any age and all abilities included\n\n  \nProgram Overview: \nThe sessions last for 60 minutes and are composed of a warmup\, skill based drills and game play. Sessions are designed to be adaptable based on participant skill level\, fitness and mobility. \n  \nCost: \n$2 per person\, per session. \n  \nPlease note sessions will not run on public holidays.
