DESCRIPTION:The 2022 Winter Holiday Basketball Camp is presented by Altona Sports Centre and Lanard Copeland and proudly sponsored by Royal Stacks\, All Green Nursery & Garden\, Altona Meadows Osteopathy & Healthcare Clinic\, Gatorade\, Powerlite Electrical and Spectrum Lawyers & Consultants. \n***Early Bird Special – bookings made BEFORE 16/06/22 will go into the draw to WIN a Nintendo Switch Bundle*** \nEnrolment is open to boys and girls aged between 5 – 16  years. Previous basketball experience is not a prerequisite as children are grouped according to their age and ability. \nEach session of the camp will cover the fundamental skills of basketball with a particular emphasis on shooting\, defense and/or ball-handling. \nThe Camp will operate from 9 am – 3 pm daily on June 27 – 28\, 2022. \nPrice: $155.00 per participant\, includes a FREE Camp Tee and a $20.00 Royal Stacks Voucher. \nPlease bring a water bottle and basketball\, lunch will be provided on both days. \nDay 1: Pie and Gatorade G-Active and Day 2: Sausage Roll and Water. Previous basketball experience is not a prerequisite as children are grouped according to their age and ability. \nEach session of the camp will cover the fundamental skills of basketball with a particular emphasis on shooting\, defense and/or ball-handling. \nThe Camp will operate from 9 am – 3 pm daily on April 11 – 12\, 2022. \nPlease bring a water bottle and basketball\, lunch will be provided on both days (hot dog and water). \nThere will be prizes and giveaways over the course of the camp and the Canteen will also be opened. \nSo hop to it and we can’t wait to see you there!

DESCRIPTION:Mini Gators is back again for 2022! \nCome join the fun at Altona Sports Centre and learn the fundamentals of the game from experienced coaches of our Gators Junior REP Program. \nOur Mini Gators program runs for 8-weeks during school terms that serve as an introduction for new basketballers aged 5 to 10 years.  Mini Gators embraces the concept of modified sport\, where participants can enjoy themselves in fun activities while learning new basketball skills. \nProgram Details \n\nAges: 5 – 10 year olds (Girls & Boys)\nWhen: 4:15pm – 5pm\, Friday afternoons\nDuration: 8 weekly sessions of 45 mins\nCost: $70 per participant\nIncludes: Training\, Coaching and a Mini Gators Basketball\nDates: Friday 18th February 2022 – 8th April\, 2022\n\n*Registrations must be made before Thursday 17th February 2022 to reserve a place.
