Previous basketball experience is not a prerequisite as children are grouped according to their age and ability. \nEach session of the camp will cover the fundamental skills of basketball with a particular emphasis on shooting\, defense and/or ball-handling. \nThe Camp will operate from 9 am – 3 pm daily on September 19 – 20\, 2022. \nPrice: $155.00 per participant\, includes a Camp Show Bag. \nPlease bring a water bottle and basketball\, lunch will be provided on both days. \nDays 1 & 2: Hot Dog and Water. DESCRIPTION:A new Mini Gators Program is back again for Term 2! \nCome join the fun at Altona Sports Centre and learn the fundamentals of the game from experienced coaches of our Gators Junior & Youth League REP Program. \nOur Mini Gators program runs for 8-weeks during school terms that serve as an introduction for new basketballers from the age of 5 years old.  Mini Gators embraces the concept of modified sport\, where participants can enjoy themselves in fun activities while learning new basketball skills. \nProgram Details \n\nAges: 5 – 10 year olds with exceptions\, please speak to Stadium Manager (Girls & Boys)\nWhen: 4:15pm – 5pm\, Friday afternoons\nDuration: 8 weekly sessions of 45 mins\nCost: $70 per participant\nIncludes: Training & Coaching.
